Terms and Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Casino Days and set out the rules for opening an account, playing, and resolving any disputes.

§ 1. Eligibility and your account

You must be of legal gaming age in your country of residence and permitted to gamble under local law before you register with Casino Days.

Each player may hold a single account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details private and your registration information accurate and up to date.

We may request identity verification at any point, and access to gameplay or withdrawals may be paused until those checks are satisfactorily completed.

§ 2. Deposits, play, and withdrawals

Funds added to your account are intended for play on the platform, and all bets are settled according to the rules published for each individual game.

Withdrawal requests are processed once the relevant verification and any outstanding wagering conditions have been met, using the payment methods available to your account.

§ 3. Bonuses and promotions

Promotional offers carry their own qualifying criteria, wagering requirements, and expiry dates, all of which are published alongside each offer.

Attempts to exploit promotions through multiple accounts, collusion, or irregular play may lead to the forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.

§ 4. Service availability and disputes

Access to Casino Days may be interrupted for maintenance, security measures, or legal restrictions in certain territories, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Complaints should first be raised with our support team; unresolved matters may be escalated in line with the procedures set by our Curaçao licence and applicable local law.

§ 5. Support & Contacts

  • Casino Days Help Centre and support email accessible from the main menu
  • Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing authority for escalated complaints
